The RIDEX CV boot (193B0039) is an original-equipment-quality constant velocity joint boot kit manufactured by RIDEX. Positioned over the front drive axle joint, its primary function is to seal in the vital lubricating grease required by the moving bearings while forming an airtight, flexible barrier against external contamination. By preventing road water, abrasive grit, dirt, and salt from entering the joint assembly, it prevents premature wear and costly drivetrain failure, while accommodating the extreme angles of steering and suspension travel.
