Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Klassik357, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of classic and retro car parts. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical components and items that have been connected or tested
  • Special order or custom parts
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights

As we are based in Cyprus and sell within the European Union, you may also be entitled to statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Our 30-day return window exceeds the minimum EU requirement.
